Spanish brand Denix has been producing historical weapon replicas since 1967. The company was founded in Ciutadella de Menorca in the Balearic Islands and gradually grew from a small workshop into a family business whose replicas are now exported to more than 40 countries worldwide.
The Denix range covers weapons from a wide variety of historical periods – from flintlock and percussion pistols to revolvers and rifles associated with the American Wild West, as well as well-known pistols, rifles and submachine guns from both World Wars and later decades of the 20th century.
The replicas are intended primarily for collectors, military history enthusiasts, historical reenactment, and use as film or theatre props. Depending on the model, they may feature moving parts, a simulated mechanism, a removable magazine, wooden stocks or grips, and other details inspired by the construction of the historical original.
