How Do the points Work

For Every Purchase

You will be able to see how many Points you are going to receive after the purchase of each individual product. These points will be added to your account after 30 days upon finalizing the order.

 

Get up to 40 points per review

For every written product review, you'll earn 20 loyalty points. You can earn extra 20 points by attaching a relevant photo of the product. Reviews with only a star rating and no appropriate text do not earn points. (🎯 Points are awarded only for reviews of products you have purchased from us. You can review other products as well, but without earning loyalty points.)

 

Bonus points

We are regularly organizing special offers which will give you 2× or 3× more Points. This will get you closer to the desired discount. Promotional items are marked with a multiplier icon. To see a list of products that will earn you more points, click here.

 

Exchange Points for a Discount

Once you collect a sufficient number of Points, you can exchange them for a reduced price on a selected product. You can check out your account to see how many Points you need to get a 10 % or 20 % discount.

 

Points Don’t Expire

You will still continue to collect Points, even if you haven’t selected the desired product. We recommend selecting it with your first sign in. You can always change it later.

Make at least 1 purchase once a year of any value and your collected Points won’t expire. Their validity will be automatically extended for 1 year.

This loyalty program is a part of the registration to our website. You will be able to check out your Balistas Club account, once you create an account and log in.

2. Now you can log in. The homepage contains important information about the Balistas Club. You can check out the details in the Loyalty Account tab.
3. Select a product you want to get a discount on. Every purchase will get you closer to the desired discount.
