How Do the Pellets Work
For Every Purchase
You will be able to see how many Pellets you are going to receive after the purchase of each individual product. These pellets will be added to your account after 30 days upon finalizing the order.
Bonus Pellets
We are regularly organizing special offers which will give you 2× or 3× more Pellets. This will get you closer to the desired discount. Promotional items are marked with a multiplier icon.
Exchange Pellets for a Discount
Once you collect a sufficient number of Pellets, you can exchange them for a reduced price on a selected product. You can check out your account to see how many Pellets you need to get a 10 % or 20 % discount.
Pellets Don’t Expire
You will still continue to collect Pellets, even if you haven’t selected the desired product. We recommend selecting it with your first sign in. You can always change it later.
Make at least 1 purchase once a year of any value and your collected Pellets won’t expire. Their validity will be automatically extended for 1 year.
