The gun is heavier than you thought or you wanted a more stable camping chair... Anything can happen. We get it. That's why we've extended the return period - you have 30 days. You don't have to give us a reason.

YOU CAN TRY out the item. WE JUST NEED IT BACK IN 100% CONDITION

To see if your purchase meets your expectations, feel free to try out the airgun or bow a few times. Turn on the flashlight or check out how it works. Whatever item you are returning, make sure it is free of damage, wear and tear and in its original packaging. We can accept it in this condition and refund your money.

EXTENDED 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

The return period begins the day after the receipt of your order. So if you pick it up on the 12th of the month, the 30 calendar day period starts on the 13th. You can return your order until this time expires.

HOW DO I RETURN THE GOODS?

Please note that the goods must be in 100% condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. Always add a copy of the invoice to the package, preferably with a short cover letter, stating the generated case number (BAL2021****).

1. Simply fill in the return form below on this page.
2. In it, you will find your order and select the item you wish to return.
3. All data is already pre-filled from the order. You only need to fill in other necessary information such as your account number.
4. We will refund the amount within 14 days after the package has been delivered. In the return we will also help with ordering return shipping. We do not cover the postage costs in this case.

Our tip

If anything happens to the purchase on the way back, the costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you pack it well and have it insured for the appropriate value, this can be avoided. Better safe than sorry, especially when we talk about delivery companies...
