PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The decorative replica Colt Navy 1851 is based on a percussion revolver from the mid-19th century. The metal body features a glossy nickel-plated finish complemented by decorative engraving. The grip is fitted with an imitation mother-of-pearl finish.
Replica design
The replica is made of metal and polymer. It has a moving mechanism simulating cocking and firing: when cocked and the trigger is pulled, the mechanism clicks while the cylinder rotates. The cylinder has six chambers.

The historic Colt Model 1851 Navy was an American percussion revolver by Samuel Colt, manufactured between 1850 and 1873. It was a six-shot single-action firearm in .36 calibre, used during the American Civil War, among others by cavalry and artillery. The Navy designation was associated with the category of .36-calibre revolvers, not necessarily directly with service in the navy.
