Upgraded version of the popular Czech PCP air rifle Altaros M24, now featuring a 5-round magazine.
At first sight, it may look like a real sniper rifle thanks to the unique air cartridge placement. It is not located under the barrel as in most airguns, but surrounds the entire barrel.
The major change compared to the original single-shot version is the possibility of installing a 5-round magazine, which is compatible only with Altaros ATP Queen slugs (100pcs included). Alternatively, you can use the included single-shot reduction tray compatible with any ammunition of given caliber.
The exceptionally accurate 600mm barrel from Lothar Walther features a polygonal bore with a 1:17.7 twist rate (the projectile makes one rotation at 450mm travel) and the muzzle features a standard 1/2 UNF thread for the installation of a sound moderator.
There are two pressure gauges located at the bottom of the forearm - one for the pressure in the cartridge, the other for the externally adjustable regulator. The updated Picatinny rail can be canted by up to 30 MRAD / 100 MOA for easier riflescope adjustment at extreme distances.

Fun Fact: The original version of the Altaros M24 air rifle, with modified performance and using a tuned barrel, managed to hit a 56x46cm target at 1,280 metres in 2019, holding the world record until 2023. However, it was then surpassed only by itself when it hit a target of the same size at a distance of 1,609 metres (1 mile).
Note: The manufacturer recommends using only ATP Queen 6.33mm and ATP Smooth 6.35mm ammunition with this air rifle (the Smooth version only for single shots without a magazine).
