Farmer’s Ham with Lentil Ragout Adventure Menu

The dish contains 23% Beluga black lentils, 20% pork ham, drinking water, edible iodised salt, flavouring, spice extract, leek, carrot, celery stalk, balsamic vinegar, rapeseed oil, garlic, salt and pepper. In total you will find 3.5% fat, 1% saturated fat, 11% protein, 15% carbohydrates, 1% sugars and 1.2% salt. Altogether it provides 544 kcal (2284 kJ).

The pack measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The content of the pouch equals one full portion. This pack has a shelf life of up to 3 years.
