The dish contains 23% Beluga black lentils, 20% pork ham, drinking water, salt with iodine, flavor, spice extract, leeks, carrots, celery stalks, balsamic vinegar, canola oil, garlic, salt and pepper. In total inside you will find 3.5% fat, 1% saturated fat, 11% protein, 15% carbohydrates, 1% sugars and 1.2% salt. Total of 544 kcal (2284 kJ).

The package measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The contents of the bag make one full serving. This pack has a durability of up to 3 years.
