Meal Ready to Eat (MRE) are very practical packs that differ not only in content but also in nutritional values.

Very tasty, for example, are MRE from the Czech companies One Meal and Adventure Menu. Their balanced composition provides you with the necessary energy supply. In addition to the main dish, the pack also includes biscuits, crackers, bars, or pâtés. Inside you will usually also find a food heater. This can be either solid fuel heaters or chemical heaters that work on the principle of an exothermic reaction. For these, you only need to add water and they will heat your meal within moments.
