PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Adventure Menu is a Czech producer of sterilized meals from 100% natural ingredients. They are known for their quality and excellent taste. You definitely do not need to worry about any chemicals. No water is needed for preparation. These products just need to be heated in a pot or in a self-heating system (in this case you need at least a couple of decilitres of water) and you have a meal for your trips just like at home (and often even better).
Farmer’s ham with lentil ragout is a highly nutritious meal with premium ham containing 98% meat. It is a very tasty and filling dish that will warm you up and replenish the nutrients you need when travelling. There is nothing like having a full main course on a mountain ridge or on a multi-day trip in nature, especially without the hassle of making a fire and cooking. Adventure Menu has achieved the almost impossible and expanded the Czech MRE (Meal, Ready-to-Eat) with another option.
The dish contains 23% Beluga black lentils, 20% pork ham, drinking water, edible iodised salt, flavouring, spice extract, leek, carrot, celery stalk, balsamic vinegar, rapeseed oil, garlic, salt and pepper. In total you will find 3.5% fat, 1% saturated fat, 11% protein, 15% carbohydrates, 1% sugars and 1.2% salt. Altogether it provides 544 kcal (2284 kJ).
The pack measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 408 g. Inside you will find 400 g of food. The content of the pouch equals one full portion. This pack has a shelf life of up to 3 years.
