PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This compact model is perfect for regular maintenance and honing of your knives. It has four sharpening slots with ceramic and carbide sharpening inserts.
The carbide inserts are designed for basic blade sharpening while the ceramic inserts can be used to finely hone the edge.
All you need to do is to hold the sharpener with your left hand and press it onto a surface where it won’t slip. Run your knife through the slots 3 or 4 times without applying too much force. Your knife should be sharpened and ready to be used at this point.
