The plain edge blade of the clip-point type is, as with most Victorinox knives, made of stainless steel with a high chromium content, called “Inox”. The spine of the blade is serrated for more reliable control with the thumb or index finger. And if you do not use the “Thumb Stud” for opening the knife, you will certainly appreciate the option of unscrewing it. In the open position, the blade is locked by a back-lock mechanism.
A characteristic feature of this knife is its ergonomically shaped handle with textured alox scales (stamped aluminium with an anodised surface finish), and of course the Victorinox logo is also present. A sturdy removable metal clip is used for easy attachment to a belt or pocket. At the end of the handle there is a lanyard hole.
