The compact version follows the design of the popular HDP 50 model, which has become popular thanks to its high reliability and durability. Its construction consists of a polymer frame and a metal internal mechanism. The total weight does not exceed 585 g.
Power is provided by an 8g CO2 cartridge, which is inserted directly into the grip and secured with a cap. To activate the cartridge, you need to strike the cap from below with the palm of your hand, which pierces it. This system allows the cartridge to be kept in the grip for a long time without damaging the seals or the valve. Piercing of the cartridge is indicated by a warning indicator located at the rear of the slide.
.50 calibre balls are inserted from below into the tubular magazine under the barrel with a capacity of 4 rounds. A fired ball with an energy of 11 J reaches a velocity of 135 m/s.
The pistol is secured by a trigger safety located directly on the trigger. Thanks to the sufficiently large trigger guard, the trigger can be operated while wearing gloves.
