As a light source it uses a Luminus SST-40 LED. You can choose from a total of five lighting modes (1600 lm, 500 lm, 150 lm, 30 lm and strobe with an output of 1600 lm). When using the lowest output level, the runtime can reach up to 80 hours.
It is powered by a 21700 Li-ion battery or a 18650 Li-ion battery, for which the supplied adapter must be used. However, the batteries are not included in the package and must be purchased separately. A full range of safety features is also included, such as protection against incorrect battery insertion, overheating and over-discharge of the battery.
The body is made from aircraft-grade hardened aluminium and withstands a drop from a height of up to 1 m. The flashlight is waterproof and dustproof according to IP68 standard (tested at a depth of 2 m). The head is fitted with a strike bezel that increases overall durability and can be used for close-quarters self-defence in an emergency.
