Pork with Caraway Seeds Adventure Menu

This is a product line of sterilised Ready to eat meals prepared from 100% natural ingredients. They come from the Czech producer Adventure Menu. These are hand-cooked meals preserved without chemicals. Even so, the stored sterilised meal has a shelf life of up to 3 years. You don’t need any water for their preparation. Just heat them up in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a few decilitres of water) and you have food on the go just like at home (and often even better). It is ideal for shorter trips where you don’t count every gram, or for places with a shortage of drinking water.

Pork with caraway is a very filling meal that will restore your energy and also warm you up on the road. Pork with caraway contains 99% pork (shoulder), salt and 0.3% caraway. In total you will find 11% fat, 3% saturated fats, 29% protein, 0% carbohydrates, 0% sugar and 1.2% salt. Altogether it provides 428 kcal (1,794 kJ).

The pack measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 208 g. Inside you will find 200 g of food. The contents of the pouch equal one full portion.
