Compared to other models, it can display an image in 4K UHD quality, allowing you to see the finest details, such as coat or antler quality or the body proportions of the game being observed.
To capture the scene, this model uses an optoelectronic system featuring a 50mm lens and a CMOS sensor with a resolution of 3840x2160 px. The resulting bright and clear image is then projected onto an OLED display with a resolution of 1920x1080 px.
A great feature is the adjustable F1.2–2.5 objective aperture, which improves target identification in all light conditions. Setting the high F2.5 aperture effectively prevents overexposure and increases depth of field, providing a huge advantage when hunting during the day.
The observed image can be brought closer using the 3.5x optical magnification and 8x digital zoom. When shooting, you will certainly appreciate the option to choose from 5 reticle types with 8 illumination colours.
Thanks to the integrated laser rangefinder, you can range out to a distance of up to 1,000 m with an accuracy of ±1 metre. Another useful tool is the internal ballistic calculator, which automatically calculates the suggested point of aim. You simply enter the required ammunition parameters.
You can conveniently save the scenes you observe to the built-in storage with a capacity of up to 64 GB in the form of photos with a resolution of 2 Mpx or videos with a resolution of 1920x1080 px. The recordings can be viewed or deleted directly on the device. A USB-C port is used to play them back on another device. A very useful feature is also the option to connect to a smartphone via the HIKMICRO Sight function.
Thanks to its robust construction meeting the IP67 protection rating, the device can handle harsh conditions such as rain and snow.
Power is supplied by two built-in batteries and one replaceable 18650. The overall operating time is further extended by the sleep mode function, which puts the device to sleep when it is inactive for a longer period.
WARNING: To use the full potential of this device, it is necessary to purchase an additional illuminator (infrared torch with a wavelength of 850nm or 940nm) with a mount for a 30mm tube.
