Its main advantages include the rotating colour-change system, dual tactical switch and the incredible light output of the white light (1000 lumens) and red light (310 lumens). The aircraft-grade aluminium body guarantees high resistance to wear and scratches. The black finish does not reflect light. The reflector is reinforced with a steel ring. The flashlight meets the IP68 standard.
The reflector contains two LEDs: a white Cree XP-G2 with a light output of 1000 lumens and a red XP-E2 LED with a light output of 310 lumens. The red LED is invaluable when tracking game or reading a map in night-time conditions. It also makes it easier for the eyes to adapt to night vision. The light colour is changed by rotating the head in either direction, with no risk of twisting. The flashlight is operated with a tactical switch (momentary on, constant on) and a function switch (changing light modes: 4 white light levels + strobe, 3 red light levels). The flashlight can be powered by one 18650 rechargeable battery or two CR123 batteries.
