The Turkish airgun giant Hatsan introduces the tactically tuned air rifle Factor Sniper S in black finish.
The air rifle operates in a repeating mode, with a straight‑pull cocking lever with a sufficiently long handle used for reloading, which can be mounted on either side. The rifle is secured manually using a two‑position safety located just above the trigger. The fully adjustable two‑stage Quattro trigger is equipped with vertical and horizontal trigger blade position adjustment.
Special attention deserves the option of adjusting the hammer spring power and the external adjustment of the regulator pressure.
The internal mechanism is powered by compressed air stored in a carbon fibre bottle with a volume of 480 cc and a working pressure of 300 Bar. The fill port is in the form of a male 1/8 BSP pin, for which a female quick‑connect coupling is already included in the package. The current pressure in the bottle and at the regulator is shown by two separate pressure gauges.
The shrouded Quiet Energy barrel with a length of 585 mm reduces the shot noise by up to 50%. Thanks to the presence of a 1/2 UNF thread, the sound suppression efficiency can be further increased by adding an external moderator.
The aluminium body features several mounting systems on its surface, including four weaver rails (22 mm) at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock positions, keymod slots and a QD sling swivel mount.
A chapter of its own is the modular Mil Spec stock with an adjustable cheekpiece height and a laterally adjustable rubber buttpad. The setup is completed by an extendable rear support. For a stable grip of the air rifle, a quality pistol grip is also needed; in this case you can choose between two options – the standard wooden grip or an additional polymer grip supplied separately in the package.
