At first glance it may remind you of the sport air rifle FX Panthera – and you are right. FX Dynamic is strongly based on its sibling, but instead of shooting competitions it is tuned for hunting purposes. However, it has retained its perfect accuracy.
Compared to its sporting equivalent, this model is designed exclusively for shooting heavy slugs. This will be appreciated by anyone who requires truly enormous impact energy at long distances.
Another difference of the Express version is the different stock design and the bottle placement. The carbon bottle with a larger capacity is connected directly to the main block of the air rifle and a fixed polymer stock with an adjustable rubber butt pad is slid over it. A classic Foster quickfill valve with a protective cover is used for filling the bottle.
The other components (apart from their settings) remain unchanged. Perfection simply cannot be improved. The main part of the entire air rifle is particularly worth mentioning – the Dynamic Block with a balanced valve that ensures the passage of a precisely measured amount of air, thanks to which you achieve high performance with minimal deviations and at the same time a high shot count per fill. In addition, it accommodates projectiles up to 13 mm long.
The air rifle achieves unrivalled accuracy thanks to the precisely manufactured barrel of the Superior Heavy STX series. The rifling is pressed from the outside, so the inner surface is perfectly smooth, which minimises friction of the fired projectile. The barrel is surrounded by a shroud that fulfils three functions at once. Firstly, it reinforces the barrel, then it serves as an integrated sound moderator and finally also as a Power Plenum with a capacity of 156 cc. At the end there is a 1/2 UNF thread for installing an external moderator.
Using the rotary controls (Quick Tune System) on the left side, you can adjust the preload of the hammer spring and thus the muzzle velocity. There is also, of course, the externally adjustable AMP MkII regulator and two pressure gauges from the proven manufacturer WIKA on the left side, which are angled backwards for easy reading even while shooting. The fully adjustable match trigger with a very smooth action hardly needs to be mentioned.
A standardised Picatinny rail canted by 6 MIL/20 MOA is used for mounting a riflescope, making long‑range shooting easier. To attach a bipod or other accessories, you can use the Arca-Swiss rail or several rows of M-LOK slots on the sides and on the bottom. And if you are not satisfied with the original pistol grip, you can easily replace it with any AR-15 type grip.
