The sophisticated blade is made of durable stainless steel 9Cr18MoV. This means you can chop with it and it will still hold the blade well. What's more, it also resists corrosion perfectly. The mirror grind makes it easier to maintain and sharpen. The Full tang construction (the blade runs the entire length of the knife and is therefore also part of the handle) ensures a high level of strength.
The entire handle is ergonomically shaped and will not slip out of your wet hands, which are quite common when fishing. The GuideFins grip design ensures precise thumb placement and complete control of the knife for precise and smooth cuts. In addition, the handle has a HydroTread Grip treatment to wick water away from the handle.
Also included is a quality shaped plastic sheath with ventilation holes that won't trap water and can be easily rinsed out. A great advantage of this sheath is the built-in sharpener for blade maintenance.
