PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Lii-500S helps you get your dead batteries back in shape. There's a universal charger that can also serve as a diagnostic station. It fits Li-Ion, NiMH and NiCd batteries with 3.6V and 3.7V. It has an LCD display that shows you the selected program, the current battery voltage, the charged/discharged capacity, the elapsed time and the selected charge/discharge current. Total capacity is four chargeable batteries.
Powered directly from the wall outlet as we are used to. Somewhat unusual then is the option to choose from 3 functions. You can either simply charge (Charge), discharge (Discharge) or diagnose and charge (Test) the inserted batteries. Switch between programs using the "mode" button. The diagnostic program is time consuming as it charges, discharges and recharges the battery. And in the process, it measures its capacity.
At the same time, you can set the charging and discharging current. For charging, you can choose from 4 levels: 500 mAh, 700 mAh, 1000 mAh or 2000 mAh. You can select the highest value for a maximum of 2 Li-Ion batteries. For the discharge current, you can choose between 250 mAh and 500 mAh. You must select the program and current value within 8 seconds of inserting the battery.
The charger is compatible with conventional rechargeable AA, AAA or C batteries. You can also use it to charge 18650, 14500, 26650 or RCR123A batteries. All Li-Ion batteries with a length of 31-73 mm and a diameter of up to 26 mm can be charged here.
