OTT slingshots (the band is attached from the top) have the classic Y-shape. They can be used for multiple shooting styles and grips. They do not have a specific aiming point on the body of the slingshot (unlike TTF variants). An ideal solution for instinctive shooting.
You can aim using 2 reference points. The eye serves as the rear sight and the slingshot as the front sight.
The hand holding the grip should be more firmly braced into the slingshot and should not squeeze it tightly.
The hand holding the leather pouch with the ball then only regulates the impact height of the projectile depending on the distance to the target.
