Aiming is done using an illuminated dot, which, unlike a laser, is not projected onto the target. You can see it only in the sight. They are mainly used on pistols and tactical rifles. They are divided into open and enclosed types. Open red dot sights offer a larger field of view and faster aiming. Enclosed red dot sights are suitable for larger calibres and firearms with greater recoil.
Red dot sight Walther ShotDot Pro is the lightest red dot with a mount for a 22mm Weaver rail.
It offers illumination in green with two intensity levels. It is powered by a flat CR2032 battery.
