The red dot sight replaces the classic rear and front sight. It is used for fast tactical shooting. Aiming is done using an illuminated dot which, unlike a laser, is not projected onto the target. Only you can see it in the sight. Red dots are used mainly on pistols and tactical rifles. They are divided into open and enclosed types. Open red dots offer a larger field of view and faster target acquisition. Enclosed red dots are suitable for larger calibres and firearms with stronger recoil.
Red dot sight Valiant Tactical PointSight Red/Green Dot stands out with its solid tactical construction, which is covered with a rubber layer. The entire sight is additionally mounted on a raised mount for a 22mm Weaver rail. You will appreciate this if fixed iron sights get in the way when using a standard red dot.
You can also use this enclosed red dot on larger calibres and long rifles. An advantage is also the tactical iron sights located on the top of the red dot sight.
Valiant Tactical also features dual-colour illumination in red and green. It is powered by two LR936 batteries.
Vertical and horizontal adjustment using turrets is of course also possible.
