Umarex T4E Smith & Wesson M&P9c M2.0 is a perfect modification of the popular service pistol (hence M&P – Military & Police), designed specifically for shooting rubber and pepper projectiles. It is an excellent tool for self-defence, trainingand recreational shooting.
The gun consists of a durable polymer frame and steel slide, exactly following the pattern of the live firearm. The appearance, authenticSmith & Wesson markings, ergonomics, weight and also the simulation of the slide function in the form of the blowback system also bring it closer to a real firearm, partly in its behaviour as well. It shares the same layout of controls as the live version. It is powered by a 12 g CO2 cartridge, which is inserted directly into the metal magazine. The magazine capacity is 8 rounds in the form of rubber or pepper balls cal .43.
Guns from the T4E (Training for Engagement) series by the German giant Umarex are an effective means of self-defence. This is evidenced by the fact that they are used by many armed forces and professionals for training. You do not have to be a professional and you will enjoy plenty of fun with them when shooting at targets or cans.

Ram guns are famously crafted and I want to own every one of them ! :D
Excellently crafted weapon
Very precise
The cap on the handle bothers him a little when I hold it and you can feel the wind...but it can be done
As a defensive RAM weapon, I find it suitable for carry. The 8 shot count is sufficient and the workmanship, weight and feel are good. At 5-7m it is accurate. Aiming is easy. For readiness purposes, I got a bump stock because you can't leave the gun permanently pressurized. It takes quite a bit of time to reload with a bomb and pellets, which is pointless for self defense.
The slide moves backwards when fired and stays back after the pellets are fired, like a real firearm.
This is a fairly large investment, especially with the purchase of a bump stock. The tightening of the firing pin and the actual bumping needs to be tested, I have not been able to bump it with the lack of tightening of the delineation spinner. Loosening the spinner during replacement is a bit of a nail-breaker.
The trigger is quite stiff and plastic. Some details of the gun are only engraved, but the view into the 8mm barrel is convincing.
Like any CO2 gun, the pressure in the cylinder drops with temperatures below 10 degrees, so having a gun in the cold in the winter is useless.

I'm happy about the gun…
Just a little reminder:
In the " what else to buy" menu it would be good to offer both types of spare
magazines. It took me a while to get around to it and find that I could choose.
My parents ordered this RAM pistol for their house deep in the woods where wild
dogs, wolves, etc. often roam around their property and they didn't want to
solve this with a real firearm. After initial testing, I have to say that
I was very surprised by the concept of RAM guns. I was expecting a more
powerful airsoft gun, but this is really strong. Given the short barrel and the
not-so-perfectly round projectiles, I wasn't expecting any great accuracy. But
at 15 yards you can hit a 20×15 cm target without any problems. I think it'll
be enough to fend off a shady citizen too. For carry and possible self-defense,
though, I definitely recommend buying a quick-piercing magazine, even though
it's quite expensive. I kind of miss the classic pistol safety. After the
magazine is fired, the slide stays locked in the rear position.
Rubber and pepper projectile guns (Real Action Markers / RAM guns) are rapidly growing in popularity as self-defence tools. They are compatible with many types of projectiles such as rubber, pepper or marking balls.
