The Umarex 850 M2 XT Kit has a tactical polymer stock with cheekpiece, finished with a rubber butt pad. On the fore-end you will find RIS rails for mounting. This gives you room to attach tactical accessories such as a laser or a flashlight.
Given the higher weight of the gun, a bipod will be a very useful aid for accurate shooting at longer distances. And the Hammerli 850 is really capable of that, being equipped with a 600 mm long rifled barrel with 1/2 UNF thread for a sound moderator.
The package also includes a Walther 6x42 riflescope, so if you like to “play sniper”, you have a complete set. If this scope does not suit you, you can use the Tru-Glo sights or mount any riflescope on the 11 mm mounting rail.
The power source is an 88 g CO2 cartridge, which will give you approximately 200 shots. An adapter for 2x 12 g CO2 cartridge is also available, in which case you can fire about 75 shots. The Umarex 850 M2 uses a metal 8-shot rotary magazine for pellets. Cocking with the charging lever is very simple and smooth. Before each shot, you must disengage the automatic safety, which is easily accessible with your thumb.
