The thermal fusion LRF monocular GRYPHON GQ35L from Hikmicro is equipped with a 1024x768px OLED display, a 12µm sensor with a resolution of 640x512px, a digital 8x zoom and a thermal sensitivity of NETD <35mK (the lower the value, the more sensitive it is), which makes the monocular suitable even for bad weather conditions such as rain, fog or snow.
Compared to its predecessors, the GQ35L version is complemented by a laser rangefinder (LRF) with a range of up to 600m and high accuracy of ±1m.
The monocular can operate continuously for up to 4.5 hours. The 18650 Li-Ion battery can be easily replaced, or you can connect the device to an external power source via a USB-C interface.
It also offers 6 colour palettes – White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Fusion, Visible and especially Image Fusion – a blend of thermal and IR optical image, resulting in a much clearer and more detailed picture. The Hot Spot Tracking function – tracking the hottest point – is also included as standard.
Real-time recording can be streamed to the Hikmicro Sight app, where you can browse all saved videos and images, or it can be stored on the built-in 16 GB memory.
The device housing has water resistance rating of IP67.
