Turkey with onions Adventure Menu

This is a product line of sterilised Ready to eat meals made from 100% natural ingredients. They come from the Czech manufacturer Adventure Menu. It is a hand-cooked meal that is preserved without chemicals. Even so, the stored sterilised meal has a shelf life of up to 3 years. You don’t need any water to prepare them. Just heat them up in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a few decilitres of water) and you have food to go just like at home (and often even better). It is ideal for shorter trips where you don’t count every gram, or for places with a lack of drinking water.

Turkey meat with onion contains 95% turkey thigh meat, 4% onion, salt and pepper. In total you will find 4.5% fat, 3% saturated fat, 33% protein, 3% carbohydrates, 0.5% sugar and 1.2 % salt. Altogether it provides you with 366 kcal (1,540 kJ).

The pack measures 19 x 15 x 5 cm and weighs only 208 g. Inside you will find 200 g of food. The contents of the pouch equal one full portion.
