The sharpener body is made entirely of polished stainless steel, which makes it look good and at the same time easy to keep clean. Guide slots make sharpening easier by keeping the edge at a preset angle, so you always achieve the same result. The edge can be pulled through the slots in both directions. The rubber base adheres perfectly to the surface underneath, preventing any unwanted movement of the sharpener during use.
Two sharpening stones with two grit levels allow you to achieve ideal sharpness. The diamond sharpener (360) is used for coarse sharpening and shaping the edge, while the smooth ceramic stone (1200) is intended for final sharpening and polishing.
