This kit includes a charging needle in 5.5mm caliber that can be adjusted in length with an Allen wrench. Thanks to the included adapters, this needle is also suitable for the 6.35 mm calibre. For the 7.62 mm calibre, the original charging needle must be used.
The position of the needle affects how far the slug will be pushed into the barrel, which has a significant effect on accuracy. So this kit allows you to fine tune your windage to match the exact specifications of your chosen ammunition. The lighter cylinder spring in turn positively affects the overall muzzle velocity of each shot.
All parts are manufactured using very precise methods and to very tight tolerances. The set is suitable for all versions of the FX Impact.
- Caliber 5.5mm - between 35 to 55 fps (10 to 17 m/s)
- Gage 6.35 mm - between 50 and 80 fps (15 - 24 m/s)
- Caliber 7.62 mm - between 30 to 60 fps (9 - 18 m/s) - Must use original charging needle
