The outer layer is made of waterproof nylon Ultralight DWR (the "Durable Water Repellent" technology), the inner layer of quick-drying Micropolyester, and between them a three-layer thermal insulation layer with a shingle construction called BHB Micro has been used. The "CCS" designation tells us that the outer layer additionally uses Clima Control Shield technology, which prevents unwanted heat loss while ensuring balanced breathability of the sleeping bag.
All Pinguin sleeping bags use proven YKK zippers, which can be closed from the inside as well as from the outside. On the inside they are covered with a draft tube preventing cold air from getting through. And if you own a second Spirit, Micra or Topas sleeping bag with the opposite zipper, you can zip them together.
