The internal temperature is influenced by your clothing, so the manufacturer recommends wearing only underwear or a T-shirt. In this way you can heat up the sleeping bag more easily, because thicker layers of clothing tend to absorb the heat radiated by your body.
The walls of the sleeping bag are made of three layers: the outer and inner layers are made of polyester taffeta 170T, the insulating layer is made of polyester fibre with a weight of 200 g/m2.
