Semolina with apples and cinnamon Adventure Menu

It is a product line of sterilized Ready to eat meals prepared from 100% natural ingredients. It comes from the Czech producer Adventure Menu. It is hand cooked food that is preserved without chemicals. Even so, the stored sterilised food has a shelf life of up to 3 years. You don't need any water to prepare them. Just heat them up in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a couple of dcl of water) and you have food on the go just like from home (and often better). It's ideal for shorter trips where you're not worrying about every gram, or for places with a shortage of drinking water.

Earthmeat with Apples and Cinnamon is a very filling meal that will replenish your energy and also keep you warm on the go. The dish contains 25% veka (wheat flour, water, canola oil, yeast, salt, sugar, 22% apples, milk, cottage cheese, beet sugar, eggs, butter, salt and cinnamon. In total, inside you'll find 2.4% fat, 2% saturated fat, 7.2% protein, 31.6% carbohydrates, 17.6% sugar and 1.2% salt. In total, it gives you 442.5 kcal (1,860 kJ).

The package measures 19 x 15 x 3 cm and weighs only 258 g. Inside you will find 250 g of food. The contents of the bag will make one full serving.
