Žemlovka with Apples and Cinnamon Adventure Menu

This is a product line of sterilized Ready to eat meals made from 100% natural ingredients. They come from the Czech manufacturer Adventure Menu. It is a hand-cooked meal preserved without any chemicals. Even so, the stored sterilized meal has a shelf life of up to 3 years. You don’t need any water to prepare them. Just heat them in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a few decilitres of water) and you have a meal on the go just like at home (and often even better). It is ideal for shorter trips where you don’t count every gram, or for places with a shortage of drinking water.

Bread pudding with apples and cinnamon is a very filling meal that will replenish your energy and also warm you up on your travels. Fresh apples cut into slices with curd cheese and cinnamon together with a bread roll soaked in milk and butter are a real hit that your children in particular will appreciate. There is nothing better than having a full main course on a mountain ridge or on a multi-day trip in nature, especially without the hassle of making a fire and cooking. The bread pudding contains 25% sliced white bread (wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, yeast, salt, sugar), 22% apples, milk, curd cheese, beet sugar, eggs, butter, salt and cinnamon. In total you will find inside 2.4% fat, 2% saturated fats, 7.2% protein, 31.6% carbohydrates, 17.6% sugar and 1.2% salt. Altogether it provides 442.5 kcal (1,860 kJ).

The pack measures 19 x 15 x 3 cm and weighs only 258 g. Inside you will find 250 g of food. The contents of the pouch make one full serving.
