It is a product line of sterilized Ready to eat meals prepared from 100% natural ingredients. It comes from the Czech producer Adventure Menu. It is hand cooked food that is preserved without chemicals. Even so, the stored sterilised food has a shelf life of up to 3 years. You don't need any water to prepare them. Just heat them up in a pot or in a self-heating system (here you need at least a couple of dcl of water) and you have food on the go just like from home (and often better). It's ideal for shorter trips where you're not worrying about every gram, or for places with a shortage of drinking water.
Rice Pudding with Plums is a very filling meal that will replenish your energy and also keep you warm on the go. A very popular sweet dish like grandma's you will especially get your children. There is nothing like having a full main meal on a mountain ridge or on a multi-day trip in the countryside especially without the hassle of making a fire and cooking. Adventure Menu has done the almost impossible and brought the Czech MRE (meal ready to eat) one step closer to gastronomic heaven.
The rice pudding contains milk, 24% compote plums (plums, water, sugar), 15% rice, sugar, eggs, butter, salt and cinnamon... In total, inside you will find 3.6% fat, 2% saturated fat, 4.8% protein, 36.4% carbohydrates, 16.8% sugar and 1.1% salt. In total, it gives you 492.5 kcal (2,065 kJ).
The package measures 19 x 15 x 3 cm and weighs only 258 g. Inside you will find 250 g of food. The contents of the bag will make one full serving.
