The sharpener is powered by a standard 12V adapter. It can handle both stainless steel and ceramic knives. In addition, you can easily choose which of the two grit levels of the sharpener you want to use.
To sharpen your knives, just plug the adapter into the socket and into the sharpener and flip the switch. Then simply run the knife alternately through the left and right slots. First through the one marked “1” for coarse sharpening and then through the slots marked “2” for fine sharpening. This way you will not only be able to sharpen completely dull knives, but also keep all your tools perfectly sharp.
The sharpener also has a replaceable grinding head. If it wears out, you don’t have to buy a completely new sharpener, you just need to get a new head. Thanks to its compact dimensions and a weight of only 575 g, you can always have it at hand in the kitchen.
