The solid steel ball guarantees maximum stopping power and, compared to lighter rubber or plastic rounds, it maintains a much higher velocity during flight and upon impact on coarse clothing, and thus higher impact energy. The total weight of one cartridge is 9.86 grams.
The plastic shell protects the barrel from wear and at the same time increases stability in flight, contributing to better accuracy.
Due to its overall shape, this ammunition is suitable only for the revolver Umarex T4E TR / HDR 68 and the double-barrel shotgun Umarex T4E TS / HDS 68. When used in other guns with a push magazine, it will jam (an exception is the shotgun Umarex TB / HDB 68, into which the cartridge can be inserted through the side port, always one piece at a time before each shot).
