This is a vented regulator. Before installation you must release all air from the cylinder and remove the connection between the cylinder and the barrel.
The pressure can be adjusted with a standard screwdriver from 100 to 150 bar. The total adjustment range corresponds to roughly 2/3 of a turn. Unscrewing or tightening by more than one full turn can cause the regulation to malfunction. To increase the pressure, turn the screw counterclockwise, and to decrease it, turn it clockwise.
