MRE One Meal, Menu V - Chicken aji

Chicken aji completely satiates without filling the belly. This emergency food ration contains a full main meal including snacks. In fact, the pack also includes four savoury biscuits, chocolate and an isotonic drink. All in all, it's an energy boost of 790 kcal.

The food is nutritionally rich and nutritionally complete. One Meal's sterilised ready meals are IFS and ISO 22 000 quality certified. It is really a Czech MRE, so you will not be surprised by the unusual taste of foreign dehydrated food.

The MRE Menu has one person for lunch and snack. If you pull out a main dish, cookies, chocolate, and a drink all at once, that's enough for two as a lighter main meal. The biscuits are not over-salted, they don't stick to your teeth. The isotonic drink is not oversweetened, it has a refreshing taste.

The package is lightweight, weighing only 550 grams. Adding to the low weight is the stackability. You won't even know about One Meal in the backpack. It even fits in a pocket of your baggy pants.

Ready to Eat Meal is easy to prepare. English instructions are accompanied by pictograms. Insert the capsule and main meal pack into the self-heating bag. Pour 60 ml of water over the rice, it's just a drop more than a large shot. We scooped our water from the creek, so we didn't reach into our supply at all. Fold the bag over and put it on the ground. And in 12 minutes, you're eating. A flameless heater and zipper bag are included.

The Outdoor Survival team got a taste of hot food on the go. And the reviews? Domestic cuisine tends to be a rarity among military rations, which makes us appreciate it all the more. The food is nutritionally balanced and tasty. The capsule heats for up to 45 minutes. We are very satisfied.
