PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Chicken goulash with peas and carrots will fully satisfy you without making your stomach feel heavy. This emergency food ration contains a complete main dish including a snack. In the pack you will also find four savoury biscuits, chocolate and an isotonic drink. Altogether it provides an energy intake of 773 kcal.
The meal is nutrient-dense and nutritionally complete. The sterilised ready meal One Meal holds the IFS and ISO 22 000 quality certificates. It really is a Czech MRE, so you won’t be surprised by the unusual taste of foreign dehydrated meals.
One person has the MRE Menu for lunch and a snack. If you open the goulash, biscuits, chocolate and drink all at once, it will be enough as a lighter main meal for two. The biscuits are not oversalted and do not stick to your teeth. The isotonic drink is not too sweet and has a refreshing taste.
The package is light, weighing only 500 grams. In addition to the low weight, it is also very compact. You will barely notice One Meal in your backpack. It even fits into the pocket of cargo trousers.
Meal Ready to Eat is easy to prepare. The Czech instructions are accompanied by pictograms. Put the capsule and the goulash pouch into the self‑heating bag. Add 60 ml of water up to the line; that’s just a drop more than a large shot. We took water from a stream, so we didn’t touch our supplies at all. Fold the bag over and place it on the ground. And 12 minutes later you’re eating. The flameless heater and the zipper bag are included in the package.
The ready‑to‑eat outdoor meal has also been tested by the Outdoor Survival team. And their verdict? Among military rations, local cuisine is rather a rarity, which makes us appreciate it even more. The food is nutritionally balanced and tasty. The capsule heats for up to 45 minutes. From our side, great satisfaction.
