Menu III offers you two servings of full-size sterilized food for two people with a durability of up to 6 years. This package includes two main meals (eating ragu with potato wedges and Korma chicken with rice), a complete self-heating system with activation water and a spoon.

Pork Ribs with Potatoes is a nice piece of pan-seared pork chops with homemade pepper sausage and Znojmo pickles that will win the heart of any trembler. Contains 36 % potatoes, 30 % pork chops, paprika sausage (pork, salt, paprika, cumin, garlic), sterilised Znojmo cucumbers (cucumbers, fermented vinegar, salt, spice extract, saccharin sweetener, mustard seed), rice and corn flour, onion, rapeseed oil, salt and pepper. In total, inside you will find 3.4% fat, 0.8% saturated fat, 7.4% protein, 8.4% carbohydrates, 0.6% sugar and 1.3% salt.

Wild Chicken with Rice is one of the most popular dishes, especially for its taste and balanced nutritional values. Inside the bag you will find chicken thigh pieces steamed with chunks of onion, bacon and tomato puree. It contains 30% chicken thigh meat, 12% natural rice, onion, speck, milk curd, rice and corn flour, tomato paste, rapeseed oil, salt, paprika, pepper and chilli. In total, inside you will find 5.6% fat, 1.3% saturated fat, 8.1% protein, 13.4% carbohydrates, 0.7% sugar and 1.2% salt.

The package measures 27.5 cm x 16 cm x 21 cm and weighs 810 g. Inside you will find 600 g of food. In total, it will provide you with 3,876 kJ.
