Beef goulash with potatoes is a time-tested classic that you will hardly ever get tired of. The dish contains 36% potatoes, 30% forequarter beef, onion, rice flour, corn flour, rapeseed oil, tomato purée, garlic, salt, and paprika. In total, it contains 3% fat, 1.2% saturated fat, 6.8% protein, 8.4% carbohydrates, 0.8% sugars, and 1.3% salt.

Gardener’s chicken with beans consists of juicy chicken thigh meat steamed and two types of beans. The dish contains 30% chicken thigh meat, vegetables, 20% beans, onion, rice flour, corn flour, rapeseed oil, salt, paprika, pepper, and chilli. In total, it contains 1.5% fat, 1% saturated fat, 8.3% protein, 11.7% carbohydrates, 1.2% sugars, and 1.2% salt.

The pack measures 27.5 cm x 16 x 21 cm and weighs 810 g. Inside you will find 600 g of food. Altogether it provides 3060 kJ.
