The one-piece blade is made from Swedish Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel. This steel is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and dulling, and is very easy to sharpen. The full-tang design makes this knife a highly durable tool for heavy duty field work. The flat-ground blade guarantees high resistance to mechanical damage.
Micarta blades are attached to the structure with two rivets. At the end of the handle there is a loop through which the wrist lanyard is threaded. The knife is supplied with a sheath and a grip.
