A high-resolution sensor 640x512 with a sensitivity of less than 35 mK, together with a modern OLED 1024x768 display, guarantees exceptionally high detail, making it easier to distinguish the target as well as the surrounding terrain.
During long observation sessions you can adjust the colour display, with 4 colour palettes available: white hot, black hot, red hot and fusion. The intuitive on-screen menu is controlled by convenient and silent buttons located on the outside of the housing. When dealing with a small object at longer distances, you can use the 8x digital zoom for sharper details.
During observation you can take photos or record videos, which can be transferred to a computer via a USB cable or stored directly in the integrated memory with a capacity of 16 GB. In addition, the Wi-Fi function allows you to control the device remotely directly from your phone.
There are also other useful functions such as Hot-Spot (marking the object with the highest thermal value), range measurement – after marking the top and bottom of the object, the system calculates its distance, image correction with DPC (defective pixel correction) and FFC (flat field correction) functions, and image calibration to adjust the thermal image so that it is consistent with the optical image.
The compact housing is made of magnalium, an aluminium-magnesium alloy, which has a positive effect on its high mechanical resistance, resulting in a durability rating of IP67. Thanks to this high robustness, there is no need to worry about recoil even from powerful calibres such as 375 H&H or 9,3x64.
Power is supplied by two CR123 batteries, which can be recharged very quickly via the USB-C port.
