The Thunder TQ35C thermal imaging front sight offers the highest image quality combined with a wide field of view for comfortable observation and aiming. The high-resolution 640x512 sensor with a sensitivity of less than 35 mK, together with the state-of-the-art 1024x768 OLED display, guarantee exceptionally high detail, making it easier to distinguish the target and the surrounding landscape.
For long-term observation, we appreciate the possibility of adjusting the colour display of the image, with 4 colour display palettes available: white heat, black heat, red heat and fusion. The intuitive menu on the display is controlled by comfortable and quiet buttons located on the outside of the structure. When dealing with a small object at longer distances, you can use the 8x digital zoom to see sharper details.
During the observation process, you can take pictures or videos that can be transferred to a computer using a USB cable or stored directly in the integrated 16 GB memory. In addition, the Wi-Fi function allows you to control the device remotely directly from your phone.
We can't leave out other useful functions such as Hot-Spot (marking the object with the highest thermal value) distance measurement - after marking the upper and lower boundaries of the object, the system calculates its distance, image correction with DPC (pixel error correction) and FFC (flat field correction) functions or image calibration to adjust the thermal display to be consistent with the optical display.
The compact design is made of magnalium - an alloy of aluminium and magnesium, which has high mechanical resistance, and as a result we can count on the IP67 resistance class. Thanks to the high resistance, we do not have to worry about vibrations generated during shooting even with such powerful calibers as 375 H&H or 9.3x64.
The power source in this case is two CR123 cells, which can be charged very quickly via the USB-C port.
