This model features a 12µm thermal core with 640x512px resolution and <20mK NETD (lower value means higher thermal sensitivity). You will get extremely detailed images even in unfavourable weather or complete darkness.
A 35 mm objective lens with a fixed optical magnification of 1.8x and 8x digital zoom pushes the detection range of this device to an impressive 1800 m. There is also a laser range finder (LRF) with a range of up to 600 m and a high accuracy of ±1 m. The OLED display with a resolution of 1024x768px allows you to view your target in minute detail.
The device can stay in continuous operation for up to 5 hours and is powered by a 18650 Lithium rechargeable battery. If needed, it can be connected to an external power supply via USB-C interface.
PANTHER 2.0 offers 4 colour palettes - White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot and Fusion and of course the Hot Spot Tracking feature.
Real-time footage can be streamed to the Hikmicro Sight app, where you can browse all your saved videos and images, or it can be saved to the built-in 16GB storage.
The highly durable metal housing can withstand the recoil of most hunting calibers (the manufacturer specifies .375 H&H, 9.3x64mm Brenneke, and 12 GA shotguns), and it also has an IP67 rating - so it's waterproof.
