This model is equipped with a 12µm thermal core with a resolution of 384x288px and a thermal sensitivity of NETD <20mK (the lower the value, the more sensitive it is). This gives you an exceptionally detailed image even in bad weather conditions or in complete darkness.
A lens with a diameter of 35 mm with 3x fixed optical magnification and 8x digital zoom pushes the detection range of this device up to an impressive 1800 m. It is also equipped with a laser rangefinder (LRF) with a range of up to 600 m and high accuracy of ±1 m. The OLED display with a resolution of 1024x768px allows you to view your target down to the smallest detail.
The device can remain in continuous operation for up to 6 hours and is powered by a rechargeable Lithium 18650 battery. If necessary, it can be connected to an external power source via a USB-C interface.
PANTHER 2.0 offers 4 colour palettes – White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot and Fusion, and it naturally also features Hot Spot Tracking – tracking of the hottest point.
Real-time footage can be streamed to the Hikmicro Sight app, where you can browse all saved videos and images, or it can be stored on the built-in 16 GB memory.
The highly durable metal tube easily withstands recoil from most hunting calibres (the manufacturer specifies .375 H&H, 9.3x64mm Brenneke and 12 GA shotguns) and also meets the IP67 protection rating – it is therefore waterproof.
