The Hikmicro LYNX LC06 thermal imaging monocular has a very compact size, which makes it much easier to carry in the field. It is sure to please all those looking for a monocular with good features and at a good price.
Right from the start it impresses with its long operating time, where thanks to its low power consumption it is able to operate continuously for up to 10 hours. The current state of charge can be monitored directly on the screen or by means of a diode located directly at the charging port.
When dealing with a small object at a longer distance, we can use the 4x digital zoom to see sharper details. When observing, we have 4 display palettes: white heat, black heat, red heat and fusion. The image settings allow us to customize the image to our own needs as much as possible, so we have dioptric correction, lens focus, brightness or contrast adjustment. The LCOS display has a resolution of 720x540 and is connected to a core with 17 μm technology, resolution of 160x120 px and refresh rate of 25 Hz.
We certainly can't leave out other useful functions such as Hot-Spot (marking the object with the highest heat value) or distance measurement - after marking the upper and lower boundaries of the object, the system calculates its distance.
During the observation process, images or video recordings can be taken, which can be transferred to a computer via USB cable or stored directly in the integrated 8 GB memory. In addition, the Wi-Fi function allows you to control the device remotely from your phone, and thanks to the analogue CVBS output we can project the image on any display unit.
