Humidity and sudden temperature changes do not limit its functionality in any way, as it is waterproof and features a tube filled with dry nitrogen – so it will never fog up. The eyepieces are equipped with extendable Twist-up eyecups to allow adjustment of the optimal distance between the pupil and the lens. Dioptre adjustment is located on the right eyepiece.
The entire optical system is anti-reflective to achieve better light transmission and overall image quality. The resulting image can be magnified up to 10x and focused from as close as 2.5 metres.
Along with the binoculars, Hawke supplies a special cleaning cloth, a drawstring pouch and a practical carry case to which a padded strap can be attached. During transport, the lenses are protected by the included rubber caps.
