The cornerstone of the optical system is the Roof optical prisms and their shape allows this model to keep its compact size. An equally important element of the optical system is the BAK4 optical glass, which is known for its minimal light dispersion. This ensures a clear and sharp image across the entire field of view (101 m at 1000 m).
The precise focusing wheel will allow you to focus down to 2 m. This model also features a twist-up eye cup with position stops for eye relief.
The optics are protected by a durable and lightweight polycarbonate tube, the outer surface of which is covered with a rubberized layer. Its nitrogen purged design guarantees water and fog resistance. The lower side of the tube is outfitted with the 1/4-20 UNC tripod mounting thread.
