Hidden in the pendant is a 12 mm blade made of 7Cr17 steel, which easily handles opening cartons, packaging, or envelopes. However, it can do much more.
The body made of 3Cr13 steel can be very quickly attached to a zipper slider using a thin cord loop. The loop is set into a plastic buckle, which makes detaching significantly easier. You then have the knife in your hand ready for use in an instant. When developing the pendant, Gerber also considered your safety, which is ensured by the Frame Lock safety lock.
