The blade with a universal drop point profile is made of stainless steel 3Cr13MoV. The hardness in the range of 51–53 HRC represents a well-balanced compromise between edge retention and easy maintenance or sharpening.
The Joker JKR881 is opened manually using a single-sided thumb stud, which is adapted for right-handed operation. Once opened, the blade is secured by the proven liner lock, with the operating part located inside the handle.
The contoured handle is complemented by natural wood scales, which give the Joker folding knife a more traditional look. For comfortable carry, the design includes a steel pocket clip. There is also a lanyard hole at the rear of the handle.
